• There is an additional $12 fee for any modifications once cup has been finalized.

• If you are building your own cup, please be sure to double check the spelling is correct.

• All items are handmade and non refundable, but should you have any issues, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Hand wash only

• Not dishwasher safe

• Not Microwave safe

• Not Freezer safe

• Do not soak tumbler

• Do not leave in the heat

• Handle carefully as dropping the cup may result in breakage

• We ship through USPS and orders typically take 2 - 7 business once they have been shipped

• If you would like to arrange local pickup please shoot us an email prior to purchasing as you will automatically be charged standard shipping rates.
